Store Policy

  1. We will not Provide Refunds.
  2. Refunds are Provided only upon manufacturing defaults.
  3. We are glad to exchange our products within 3 business days from the date of purchase. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for to & from freight charges in order to exchange the products.  ( PLEASE NOTE: FOR EXCHANGING THE PRODUCTS IT WILL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY IN STOCK )
  4. We need proof of purchase such as a Payment receipt OR a Bank transaction to provide a refund or exchange.
  5. It is our store policy to process a refund to the same card that was used for the original sale.
  6. We request you to take responsibility to check the products which you have purchased prior to leaving our store.
  7. Please take care of your kids during shopping at our store premises.
  8. All of our products are easy to hold. If you break or damage it we consider it sold.
  9. We strongly advise you to buy the Hooks/Nails suitable for your walls. However, the Nails supplied with our products may be or may not be suitable for your walls.
  10. We don’t provide any warranty on our products.
  11. It is your responsibility to make sure the purchased products are safely and securely hung on your walls.
  12. Returning or Exchanging products must be as per the original packaging. Failure to do that the products are strictly unacceptable for return or exchange.

Few of our walls clocks hours, minutes & seconds Needles aren’t pre-assembled in order to avoid damage during importing procedures & we care for our products too to supply you in good condition. Therefore, please co-operate with us & spare approximately no more than 5 minutes of your valuable time to assemble the hours, minutes, and seconds needles by yourself. We are always here for you to assist how to get it don’t by yourself. We greatly appreciate your valuable co-operation.
